Oda House Offers authentic Georgian cuisine and natural wines. A liberal use of spices, kebabs, khinkali (oversized meat-and-cheese dumplings), mtsvadi, khachapuri (Georgian cheese bread) and adjaruli (Cheese boat) typify the kitchen’s preparations. But, more classic dishes may reveal satsivi, or boiled chicken, served cool in a warmly spiced and seasoned walnut sauce, accompanied by gomi. Oda House uses mostly fresh and organic ingredients sourced from local farms. Menu has plenty of vegan and Gluten-free choices.Maia Acquaviva, managing partner and executive Chef of Oda House, brings Georgian cuisine and a dose of Georgian culture and pride to NY. The passion she had from an early age to cook blossomed.     Cheeseboat is a beautiful restaurant with delicious food. I came here for my birthday and my group ordered the imeruli, the prosciutto cheeseboat, the steak and mushroom cheeseboat, and the Shkmeruli chicken boat, all of which were absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. We also ordered cocktails which were very nice, the Motherflower being our unanimous favorite. We also had the white wine sampler, which was a very nice introduction to Georgian wines, and the waiter was very knowledgeable about the wines they had. When we first ordered our drinks, they took a while to arrive but after that the service was at a more regular speed. We were seated at the back in a small alcove with a beautiful mural on the wall. Since it was my birthday, I received a (surprise!) complementary Napoleon which was large enough to share with my group. Overall, I highly recommend Cheeseboat and would absolutely return
