Welcome to the Lodge at Salhouse, we are a family run pub occupying a charming 19th century vicarage. The pub has recently been renovated, including comfortable bedrooms set in seven acres of countryside garden.We are fortunate to be surrounded by the picturesque Norfolk Broads, while Salhouse boasts numerous scenic walks for both guests and four-legged friends to enjoy.The neighbouring village of Wroxham provides plentiful amenities including a department store, local shops and cafes, and is popular with holidaymakers wishing to hire boats - we would all agree that one of the best ways to experience the Broads is on the water!Norfolk also boasts 90 miles of award-winning coastline, with lots of variety to explore. From sandy beaches and rugged cliffs to salt marshes, there really is a beach for everyone! Here at the Lodge our closest stretch of beach is only a half-hour drive away.

Welcome to The Red Lion Bishopgate!On the banks of the River Wensum and a stone's throw from Norwich Cathedral. We serve fresh, locally sourced food all day, everyday. Our head chef Tom has created a menu suitable for everyone, including gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options.     Lovely restaurant, great ambiance, amazing food. Starters are little expensive, but everything else well worth the money. Only thing I’d say is service is very quick between courses. As soon as starter is cleared main course is there. It just made what was a romantic evening go a bit fast

    Fabulous as always ❤️ Staff amazing Food exceptional My favourite place in Norwich And the new lions den ... is such a beautiful new addition.. Cosy , warming outdoor little den with firepits , blankets , mulled wine , toasting marshmallows,outdoor saunas , pure genius ambience... nothing beats this place in Noriwch It's a must go to !!

    Lovely meal after a long walk at Blickling Hall. Warm and welcoming with our 4 dogs . The food was delicious, our party had fish and chips, the plaice schnitzel and sausage and mash. They were all served piping hot and very generous portions.
