It deserves all the stars. I highly recommend. Food was incredible quality! Such a beautiful vibe with so many well put together beautiful pieces everywhere. I already can not wait to come back. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My favourite place I have been so far. I already can not wait for the next time we visit.

Another great meal at this local gem. This time it was a Valentines tasting menu offering and all the courses delighted. Of special note were the scallops with smoked eel and then the halibut... beautifully cooked. Not forgetting the white chocolate petit fours... exquisite! A word about the service - fantastic. A great addition to the Whitstable food scene. Predominantly seafood sharing plates, all of those we tried we would gladly have again. I particularly enjoyed the chargrilled prawns served with a masala sauce which needs to be bottled and sold everywhere. Didn’t have room for the lobster bisque this time but will return as soon as we can to try it.

What a beautiful place and a fancy menu that actually tastes good! This is the second time I have been to the Fordwich Arms and both times the food and the service have been second to none. You can get a beautiful fine dining type experience for £250 (including a couple of drinks) that rivals some of the top London restaurants. FIVE STARS
