Mejores gastropubs en Tideswell

We come to Bowdon from London every few months and we make a trip to The Stamford every time we’re there for a family lunch / dinner. The food is exceptional, really very good and super fresh (especially the roast). The staff are always very friendly, nothing is too much trouble and the regulars are friendly and welcoming.

We had a lovely time at The Barrel Inn, the food was delicious, the staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating, great venue with excellent views. Will be back soon

The food is lovely but the price can be a little on the high side - £14 or so for three crispy mussels and a bit of stonebass seemed a bit over the top for a starter but it was very, very good and we were looking for something a bit special. On the whole, it was a very, very positive experience. It was a return visit, and we will go back.

Peerless in the local area. Food superb, some amazing dishes which were all good. From chicken pie to steak, risotto, chicken parfait to tarts tatin all superb Local bar also part of the pub restaurant which was nice to see. Only negative was one of the bar proper uppers decided it was ok to vape at the bar - pretty disgusting and staff seemed accepting of this as most diners had left at that point . Our first visit to this lovely bistro/coffee shop. Found it very welcoming and thoughtly enjoyed our visit. The menu is interesting different from the norm and the food was excellent. We will definitely return in future.
