- Dining Guidelines 1. Reservations will be held for 10 minutes. If you arrive late, your reservation will be canceled. 2. Dining time is limited to 90 minutes (calculated from the reservation time; for walk-in guests, from the time of seating). 3. Reservations for private rooms or full venue bookings must be made at least 15 days in advance to allow sufficient preparation of ingredients and arrangements. 2. To ensure mutual agreement, we require a 20% deposit of the private room or venue rental fee. The remaining balance should be settled in full on the reserved dining date. 3. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 7 days before the reserved date. The deposit will be retained for 3 months. Cancellations made after the deadline are non-refundable.- Payment Services 1. A 10% service charge applies to all dine-in food and beverages. 2. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Line Pay.- Pet-Friendly Dining Reminder 1. Pets are welcome but must not touch the floor. If seated on sofas or chairs, please bring a pet carrier. Diapers or waste bags are recommended. 2. Guide dogs are exempt from these regulations.- Corkage Fee 1. Wine (750ml): $500 per bottle 2. Spirits & bottles over 1.5L: $1,500 per bottle- Glassware Damage Fees 1. Whiskey, wine glasses: $400 per glass 2. Napkin holders: $150 per holder 3. Beer and water glasses: $80 per glass
