Para entrar al salón hay que subir un angosto tramo de escaleras desde la calle de ladrillos rojos. La sala es amplia y abierta y a la vez está llena de recovecos. A un lado está revestida por una pared de ventanas, y al otro tiene una magnífica barra de zinc acanalado. Esto hace de contrapunto a la belleza íntima de proporciones perfectas de su pequeño establecimiento asociado de la planta baja. El French Saloon se inspira en la decadencia y la familiaridad de los bares y bistros de París, abarcando de finales del siglo XIX a principios del siglo XX, y encuentra afinidad en el disfrute de una compañía estridente y una sensación de travesura. Comience con champaña y caviar en la barra, y siga con tártara de res y botellas de borgoña. When we visit Melbourne this is our go to restaurant. We love the food, service and ambiance. The food is delicious and service is attentive and ambiance authentic. We have been three time and will continue to return.
