I recently had the pleasure of dining at Carnival, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant and lively ambiance set the tone for a fantastic evening. The food was a delightful blend of traditional Indian flavors and creative modern twists. The Paneer Tikka Pinwheel was a standout, beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The food was very good. The staff very accommodating but the space is a bit understated. The tandoori chicken platter was superb as was the ajwaini fish, the Kathal, daal and naans. Saag paneer and daal were very spicy.

Great flavors, warm service and a top experience overall. Would definitely come back for more.
