We sat at the Chef's Counter so we could see the kitchen in operation. It also gave us the opportunity to talk to the Head Chef, Victor who was SO friendly and knowledgeable. He guided us through our selections, showing us the finer points of the preparation and presentation. And the fish curry (barramundi?) was again, the result of skilled perfection.
