We were blown away with the cocktails and the food...the creativity in taking all the individual ingredients to another level of taste!! Also, what made the meal so memorable and enjoyable was the knowledge the waiter's imparted on us with regards to each item that was served. We opted to try the tasting menu and were not disappointed with the dishes that were served! We see ourselves going back when we're back in town. Cheers to the management and the team at ELEM!

The food was exquisite and the staff wonderful. While it’s difficult to get a reservation, it’s well worth the wait until you can get a spot. I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s a must-do if you are visiting the city.

I had a great time celebrating my friends birthday on Wednesday! Our server was great and didn't sound scripted or feel like she was trying to oversell us and made sure we had the best time while giving great food recommendations. Would definitely go back :)
