Like peering through a psychedelic periscope and drinking in an alternate reality, Centro 86 transforms the basement of 86-88 Pitt St into a monument to margaritas and a temple of tequila. Inspired by the classic cantinas of Mexico the bar pushes the perception of what a margarita can be.The 100 strong tequila selection is fuelled by trips to the source in Mexico and includes agave spirits from around the world. We’ve pushed our connections to get our hands on some truly special, rare bottles. Layered Latin cantina classic drinks, filtered through the infamous MUCHO lens, shaped by Cantina OK! and Bar Planet. Precise, fresh fruit-driven, fun and chaotic. Ice-cold glasses, hand pressed lime juice, ice shaved-to-order, and a thoughtful use of the modern Sydney pantry. Our menu is designed to feel familiar and fresh at the same time. Vinabar is a Vietnamese inspired micro-bar, hidden behind a steel door disguised as a banh mi cart. Set in a space no bigger than two car spaces, we aim to deliver on our tagline "small space, big dreams".Located within the YCK Laneways precinct, we are one of a handful of Sydney venues that are open Tuesday to Sunday. Our menu is heavily influenced by Vietnamese fruits, flavours and delicacies. It's a chance for us to showcase our experiences through our travels to Vietnam and the rest of Asia, as well as our childhoods and upbringings. We're open Tuesday to Sunday, from 5pm - 2am with a new special that launches every fortnight. Frank Mac's. Gin & Cocktail Bar The original 1840s sandstone walls of the building Frank Mac’s now occupies a 120-person capacity bar which flows from outdoor seating on George Street, across two levels and into a back courtyard. Whereas the downstairs space feels cosy and intimate, dotted with vintage leather banquettes, dark jade and light orange velvet armchairs, low tables and a fireplace, the ground level you’ll walk into off George Street will reflect the energy of the bartenders working behind the almost five-metre-long oak bar. A handful of bar stools provide the perfect vantage point to take in the cocktail mixology while the dark velvet curtains, worn leather banquette seats and cosy fireplace of the ‘Snug’ provides groups of up to eight with a private space to retreat and relax.

Really good service, drinks and food. A really cute little place located close to transport with decent views, lighting was really nice and decor was good too, only negative was the music was a little bit too loud but besides that it's a great place.

Great bar! My partner and friend took me there to celebrate my birthday and the service was amazing. I tried 2 different drinks, one better than the other, and more importantly, the music was at a level that you could both enjoy the tunes and the conversation.

Best bar i have ever go for i always love for some good craft cocktail and this bar have give me and my uncle the best experience ever although the price a bit high but its not unaffordable

Great Margarita Bar hidden in a back alley off Pitt Street. Spicy popcorn (free refills) too. Great bar fitout and ambience 🍸
