Timber & Salt is a downtown Redwood City restaurant and bar serving quality steaks, seafood and craft cocktails. Our kitchen, led by award-winning chef Joshua Regal serves fresh, seasonal dishes highlighting the best ingredients California has to offer. We also serve one of the best burgers in Silicon Valley. Our cocktail program features hand-crafted cocktails using select spirits, house made syrups, bitters, tinctures and specialty garnishes. We also feature a deep list of spirits, fine wines and specialty beer. Both the kitchen and bar utilize fresh ingredients from our farm in Woodside California. Timber & Salt has intimate indoor seating for over 50 guests and an enclosed, heated outdoor patio for up to 30 guests. We are open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday.

It's Italia abrió sus puertas en 1997 como una trattoria y pizzeria al estilo de San Francisco que servía pizzas gourmet, pastas hechas en casa y ensaladas creativas, todo esto con un sabor italocaliforniano y acompañado de una carta de vinos que incluía entre 10 y 12 varietales.     Everything was fabulous— our dinner, the service and the ambiance! What a perfect way to spend Christmas Eve! Sekoya is my new favorite restaurant. I already have plans to return in a few days. It’s that good!

    EOS & NYX is the new restaurant in downtown San Jose. Been open 1 month and we went last night and they delivered on all fronts. The decor, the service, the food and cocktails. A beautiful two story architectural stunner. Bars on the 1st and 2nd floor. Main dining is on 1 with smaller tables on 2. Every person working that we came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and all around pleasant. Ordered meatballs, roasted chicken and pasta. Very creative cocktails. Our check was delivered in a bonsai with a few sweet treats. So happy we have this place in DTSJ. It was very busy so make a reservation. Also great for big groups.

    Plates had unique flavors. Guaccome salsa and chips were very fresh. Coconut prawns sweet, crispy, crunchy and delicious. Tacos were filling and tasty. Chefs had some real talent.

    Nice ambience. We sat outside and they had a nice heater for a cold night. The food and drinks came out quickly and were delicious.
