Bar Toscana’s Executive Chef Justino Quirino curated a simple yet elegant menu with small plates, entrees, and "Street Food" Specials. I was meeting two old friends I hadn’t seen for a while and we wanted a place with good food where we could converse without having to yell to be heard by each other. Simonette was right on the money. Two of us had the onion soup and the oysters while the third had the beef bourginon - All the dishes were well prepared and we enjoyed the meal.

Food was fantastic! I very much enjoyed my glass of bambino, grain bowl salad, and chocolate fondant dessert. Deducting one star as service was slow (it was a busy night but it was even slow for a busy night).
