Really like this restaurant for lunch - they have a unique menu and I like the variety. Ambiance is always lovely to sit in and our server was great!

Get the spaghetti meatballs. The contrast between the wagyu tomato meatballs and the blanco truffle pasta was amazing. The pesto didn’t really stand out and I don’t think we would get it again. Although it could be that we were just blown away by the first pasta dish. Pear and Brie pizza was really good as well. Will definitely be back!

The staff was excellent, the waiter came through with an excellent cocktail recommendation - I was looking for a sangria which they did bot have but had a wine free take on a sangria that was amazing and hit the spot perfectly. The food was amazing and the price was very reasonable. Loved the vibe, the decor and the place as a whole. Would love to go back and enjoy the basement lounge next time.

Stopped in for a drink after dinner. Space is very cool and makes for a great atmosphere. It was really loud so not great for conversation but the music was good and since we were just there for 1 drink it was fine. Service was average, our server was quite soft spoken so had a hard time hearing her. She didn’t really introduce us to the cocktail menu or mention whether or not the bartenders would do other cocktails based on spirit/taste etc. Drinks were good and the space has a great vibe. Would go back for sure, but wasn’t blown away.

Our server was excellent! We only stayed for one drink because we had other plans, but we enjoyed our visit to Proof!
