We first curate the wine list which includes 65+ wines by the glass and then design a food menu that specifically complements the wine. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Julian Silvera who spent his early culinary career in restaurants in his native NYC. Great atmosphere and surroundings. Loved the upstairs bar and the open windows to the front alley. Service was surprisingly good for only the second day of operation. Cocktails were unique and tasty although some were very small despite being pricey. Food was terrific with unique and delicious combinations of tastes. Open kitchen created an energetic and bustling vibe.

Dry Creek Grill is such a nice place with great food. Their BBQ ribs are delicious as is all their other food. Service was great and we had a very nice caesar salad. The chocolate cookie desert was delicious. This place is one of our favorite places for dinner

All good was good. Be aware it can take a long time and dishes won’t come out at same time. We ordered a burger and a steak for the mains, the steak came out almost 30 mins after the burger

The place is new and very nice. Friendly stuff and delicious food. Very fancy serving food on plates and exotic companions of ingredients. Price is a little bit higher than expected though. Would definitely recommend to try it and support local businesses.
