Known for its wines (its name is a wine term after all!) as well as its food, it has garnered an enviable reputation amongst the towns sophisticated 'foodies'. The Tannin Level has a certain style and an unmistakable elegance, and its many original features combine to create the unique Tannin Level ambience.The food is modern British with a Tannin Level twist, utilising only the very best seasonal ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible.
