El restaurante Blacklock es una versión moderna de la gran parrillada británica. Establecido en lo que anteriormente solía ser un burdel, este restaurante utiliza la mejor carne del país, la cual es obtenida del galardonado carnicero y productor de Cornwall, Philip Warren. Las chuletas son cocinadas de manera simple sobre una verdadera parrilla de carbón y con la ayuda de utensilios antiguos de hierro Blacklock, y son servidas junto con cocteles de 5 GBP y vino de barril en la atmósfera subterránea de esta Meca de las chuletas. Blacklock is a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Set in an old electricity substation on the site of London"s oldest meat market.
