Ever since the first caveman decided to slap a side of mammoth over the cave fire, man (and woman) has enjoyed the flavor of food cooked over a wood fire. At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. They are then cooked either over our state-of-the-art wood burning grill or in a brick oven heated by the embers of logs. Cooking in this way imparts a slight smokiness as it brings out the natural flavors of the food. A juicy ribeye sizzles and caramelizes, giving the tender beef a gorgeous crust. Party of four, all ordered different entrees, all were excellent. One monthly special, a prime rib, filet minion, and seafood, all were well prepared and presented. Portions were generous. Waitstaff was excellent. It was a pleasant dining experience. Would recommend.

We had a great dinner. Julie was an attentive server without being overbearing. We had the amazing toasted ravioli, steaks were tender and didn’t need a steak knife! Crème Brûlée was on point as always! It’s a great value for a date night.

Our waitress was great! Very sweet and played into the gentlemen’s silly antics. Food seemed to take a long time to prepare. We had a chicken pot pie, chicken Florentine,cod basket and Craig’s soon to be famous chicken sandwich. Maybe the pot pie(?) is what took so long…?
