Founded in 2014 in Chicago by cousins Jared Rouben (Brewmaster) and Jeremy Cohn (CEO), Moody Tongue is built on the philosophy of culinary brewing, appealing to those with a discerning palate or, as Rouben describes, a "moody tongue." Utilizing his extensive culinary background and brewing education, Rouben approaches brewing with a chef's mindset.     It was a beautiful evening and delicious dinner with my family at Virtue. The craft cocktails were perfect. The Biscuits melted in our mouths, and the short ribs, salmon, pork, and truffle mushroom entrees were our table favorites. Must have mac & cheese and collard greens as well! We ordered one banana pudding and one peach cobbler to share the last decadent bites for the evening. Anthony, our server, was a perfect blend of kind, professional, and non-intrusive. Well done once again, Team Virtue!

    I love this place! It’s kid friendly, a nice ambience and food is 10/10. I could live off of that pot roast and grits, delicious!

    I had a wonderful experience. I had the jerk Cornish hen with greens and yams. My friend had lobster Mac and cheese. We both thought food was good. All the staff were friendly and inviting. I would come back.

    Everyone was great! I went for my birthday. The food to the service which is really fast was really great!! Leah was our chemist loved her!! Great place to go for food! Highly recommend!!! Also the photographer with taking pictures was also great!

    I had such a lovely time at brunch with my friends. The food was good and the bottomless mimosas were indeed bottomless. The ambiance was enjoyable and the staff were very nice and attentive
