Lovely people. Superb food which is good value for money. The staff are the best I have had the pleasure to deal with. Both the manager SJ and the wonderful Jackie make a real effort to make you welcome. We had a marvellous afternoon T. Beautifully presented and delicious! The environment is really nice. A lovely covered patio for warmer days and the inside is nice and toasty in the winter. The staff boxed up all the wonderful sweet things that we couldn’t get through to take home. They are licensed which is nice if you fancy wine with your meal etc. I would always pick this place first to eat in the daytime. Well done all you lovely people.

We book via OpenTable and ended up sitting in the bar where we thought we had booked the restaurant. Despite being busy on valentines evening the manager found space for us and we enjoyed a very good meal! The lamb was exceptional and service matched. Will dine here again in the future. Thanks

Went here for valentines night, 3 courses for £45 each which I thought was great value. Only feedback I would give is that it would have been nice to have a bit more time between courses but apart from that, service was great. Would definitely recommend.

great place overall all is top end , the dishes are really all well presented , classy and very tasty without being too pretentious few little nibbles in between courses make the experience even more enjoyable. Service and ambience are first class as well.

Lovely food but rather expensive. Very quiet. Barman is delightful.
