It's always a lovely experience, although I preferred the ballerinas to the elves walking around. The food was good, the scones are incredible as always, the service is great and the overall atmosphere is lovely. Took my parents and they really enjoyed it. You will not leave hungry!

Was a wonderful time celebrating a good friend's birthday . The food was great as well as the tea . The restaurant was not full and we enjoyed a cozy and relaxing time . With some mini cupcakes to go !

Great tea selection and it was great that I could try different kinds of teas in the same visit. I had three kinds! Tea is made at the kitchen counter in glass pot to perfect coulour, leaves are removed before brought to table. Therefore it doesn’t becomes too strong until the last drop of pot. All of us couldn’t finish food, so took home the left over to home. Was great atmosphere and great service!

Excellent as always! No pressure to leave quickly The staff were very attentive about my mums allergies which is such a relief for both of us. Merry Christmas
