Cork Tree Restaurant is built around California products. Local ingredients are used whenever possible and wines of the West Coast, particularly California, are featured.
The wine list is always a work in progress, with a balance of well known wineries, as well as boutique wineries.
Cork Tree enhabits a style rich in California elegance. Large and round booths privately encased in wood and fabric provide intimate spaces for conversation and romance, while providing views of the understated glamour of the dining room. Beautiful Palm Trees and a natural cascading fountain make the Cork Tree Patio wind-protected and well-appointed for dining under the stars. Additionally, depending on the size of your celebration, two private dining options await.

We went on a busy Saturday late afternoon and they opened the doors early for us. That was a first in my years of restaurant dining. Our server was great, except that we felt rushed. After ordering our drinks, we said we’d prefer to wait a bit before we ordered, but 3 minutes later he came to get our dinner choices. The dinner came out swiftly and several times during our eating the waiter and 2 other men came to ask us how we liked our dinner. It was too many interruptions. Wait staff seemed very eager to take my plate. So more interruptions. That when we were finished they wanted to bring our check without asking if we wanted desert. We had to ask for a desert menu. To be fair, there was quite a lineup of people waiting to be seated and I’m sure they wanted to accommodate them. My companion had the cauliflower vegan dish, which she really enjoyed, and I had the Chilean seabass which was a large portion and delicious except that it wasn’t fresh. It had been frozen, but yummy.

I enjoyed the food I ordered (Japanese pork belly, a must try and short ribs. My husband didn’t like the lobster appetizer but enjoyed his fillet mignon. We were celebrating our 6th anniversary and cork tree was a great choice

Lovely all around. My husband’s steak was cooked perfectly and the truffle fries were a treat. Service was excellent and friendly.

Where to begin , from being greeted with a smile taken to our amazing outside table and then having Ray the best server in the house wait on us it was a truly magical night. We have the duck, filet, shrimp , scallops and more and everything was delicious . See you next year CorkTree. Thanks for a lovely evening !
