La experiencia gastronómica que ofrece Copacabana comienza con un viaje en su "Galleria", la cual cuenta con una panadería abierta donde se ofrece pan recién horneado y dips y una selección de quesos y embutidos cortados a mano al momento. El restaurante también ofrece ensaladas frescas y entradas llenas de color. En el salón comedor se ofrece una amplia variedad de cortes de carne de res angus certificada (CAB) asados a la parrilla en distintas formas y servidas a la mesa por gauchos o cortadores del establecimiento. La carne casi siempre viene ofrecida a término medio crudo, pero los comensales pueden especificar al cortador sus preferencias y el restaurante se encargará de satisfacerlos. Mientras los gauchos cortan perfectamente los filetes de carne en los platos de los comensales, éstos pueden observar cómo lo hacen, así como utilizar las pinzas que le vienen otorgadas para tomar cada pedacito colocado en el plato y disfrutarlo, las veces que lo desee.

    Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. Husband and I love it and drive 1.5hrs + for it. No regrets. See yall soon

    I’ll start by saying our server was doing her best. She had way too many tables and absolutely no manager support and left to handle everything on her own. You didn’t see a single manager on the floor and it looked like they were letting many servers drown. The entire restaurant has one small bar with two bartenders. So even paying $150 per person (drinks were included) you were lucky to get a drink every 45mins-1 hr. In an hour and half we managed to order two small cocktails each and at one point our server told us that the bartender was just straight up refusing to make the drinks and our server had to practically beg her. That to us was just strange. Don’t think this element can be avoided as they just don’t have the ability to keep up with the drink tickets with a bar that size and limited bar staff. If we had known we would have went to an earlier reservation and ordered drinks a la carte. Felt like a bit of a rip off when you’re paying an extra $50 plus gratuity to order all inclusive drinks and you wait forever to receive them. The food was good, but somethings never even arrived to the table. Shrimp came only once. Pineapple came maybe twice. We saw so many things offered on the menu that just were never offered to our table. It seemed like the same three or four meats being brought over. It is a lively atmosphere but honestly I think the service at Brasa is astronomically better than the service at this copacabana location. It was New Year’s Eve so it was a busy night. But watching your servers be overwhelmed and drowning is just not a good look on whoever is managing the place. Our server was friendly and genuine she was the best part of the experience but management should do better.

    Stellar experience as always. Sophia was absolutely fantastic. So attentive and all around pleasure. After having gone to the Vaughan location (which was good) there is just something about the Niagara location. It’s more an experience than just a steak house. Can’t wait till next year. It’s our new tradition to celebrate the new year!

    I understand it was new years but service was incredibly slow and it would take over 30 minutes for a drink to show up. I feel sorry for those who paid for the unlimited drinks as they wouldn't have gotten their money's worth with how long it took to get a single drink

    Unfortunately, the experience was horrible, especially yesterday on New Year’s Eve. I called by phone to check if they had parking, and they said yes, explaining what I needed to do. However, when I arrived, I was late for the reservation because the parking lot was closed. They didn’t have parking, and they even reduced the dinner hours. The service was poorly organized; they repeatedly served the same items to the table, and if we hadn’t asked for the pineapple, they wouldn’t have brought it at all. This was the first and last time at this restaurant. I do not recommend it.
