La experiencia gastronómica que ofrece Copacabana comienza con un viaje en su "Galleria", la cual cuenta con una panadería abierta donde se ofrece pan recién horneado y dips y una selección de quesos y embutidos cortados a mano al momento. El restaurante también ofrece ensaladas frescas y entradas llenas de color. En el salón comedor se ofrece una amplia variedad de cortes de carne de res angus certificada (CAB) asados a la parrilla en distintas formas y servidas a la mesa por gauchos o cortadores del establecimiento. La carne casi siempre viene ofrecida a término medio crudo, pero los comensales pueden especificar al cortador sus preferencias y el restaurante se encargará de satisfacerlos. Mientras los gauchos cortan perfectamente los filetes de carne en los platos de los comensales, éstos pueden observar cómo lo hacen, así como utilizar las pinzas que le vienen otorgadas para tomar cada pedacito colocado en el plato y disfrutarlo, las veces que lo desee.

    The waitresses were great and attentive. The food was fantastic. The gentlemen that brought the food were polite, but often, a lot of food bits ended up on my table and at times on me. No attempt to clean, move to centre, or acknowledge what was going on despite indicating it. The ambiance was different than years ago, but not bad. However, the music was loud. After 10, when families were still there, unbearably loud. I coukdnt hear my party at the same table. It reminded me of a club (yes there is a dj). The dancers were a nice touch, but were only for 5 to maybe 10 minutes. The level of music is not warranted for a dining establishment.

    Food was amazing! I have been to other Brazilian steak house restaurants but this is by far the best! I will be coming back to this steak house!

    Excellent service. Very friendly and professional staff. Incredibly helpful and kind. They worked with us regarding some food allergies our son has to help us have the best dinner. The food was amazing. Great atmosphere. Parking was a little confusing. They operate a shuttle to an off site free lot. No on site parking. The shuttle was very fast and efficient. The driver was very professional and friendly. The lot was well light and safe. Driver waited until we were in our car before he left. Thanks for a wonderful dinner!!

    My fiancée and I have heard so much about Copacabana. We decided to give it a try and we absolutely loved it! We enjoyed trying different meats and loved the food that was served to us. By the end, we were so full that we could not take another bite. We definitely will try Copacabana again in the future.

    Went there on Saturday night before a show! Service was amazing for how busy it was! Waited abit for sides but the meat was delicious! Servers were friendly and amazing! Great energy and experience!

    Another fantastic experience at Copa. As locals we dine here regularly even though it’s set in tourist zone. The food is fantastic, the wait staff are highly attentive and spot on, the carvers are all great. As always Sasha is one of the best carvers and goes above and beyond to make the dinner great. The new items like Blue Cheese and Red Pepper were all great. We are long time guest, going way back it’s original opening. We will be return guest for years to come. We love the new design, the ease of app ordering, all of it. If you haven’t been, you must try!
