We had a great night out at Chiado. The entire front-of-house was very polite and our server, Marko, was excellent. Good value and ambience will definitely recommend!

Have been coming here for years and they still maintain high standards around service and food. All 6 of us had a wonderful time and enjoyed everything from the service, to the wine, to all the delectable dishes, carefully prepared by the kitchen. They were also very good about taking note of our food allergies/dietary restrictions. I don’t know our service name, but he was super attentive, but never hovering. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for fine dining. Can’t wait to go back.

Great experience. My wife loved the food and was a very fine culinary experience for our Valentines. We cannot wait to come again.

What could be better than a birthday dinner with loved ones? Nothing when it is at Chiado, a (the) favourite of mine over the years. Arugula and fig salad to start, followed by mains (cherne grilled to perfection, jumbo piri piri shrimp, and asorda), followed by desserts (Molotof ans lemon tart), all served with the stellar service that makes one feel like royalty and familiarity that welcomes you like family.

There were no corners cut on this lunch even though it was Winterlicious. The menu options were plentiful and creative; the quality of the food was uncompromised; the wines by the glass were an excellent choice, well priced and perfectly matched to the dishes. The room was nicely humming; service was brisk but unhurried: glad to see that most of the tables were filled.

My guests wanted salmon as they come from another country. The waiter did not let us pay separate for the salmon, just pushed us to stick with the winter menu. For a restaurant considered top to not give the options the client want is poor judgment. The food is very good, and I will return, but I would like to see you more flexible with the menu.

Going to Chiado is always a wonderful experience. Food and service are top notch always. And the wine selection is great. Deserts are wonderful. I know it does not have a Michelin star, but it really should.
