   If you travel like we do, you know that the hospitality business is suffering for staffing. Our experieince at Che-Ah-Chi is a classic example of under prepared staff. While there was enough staff to cover the room, which was maybe 1/3 full at noon, most presented themselves as new and inexperienced. We patiently waited 45 minutes for a salad and a pizza.....a kitchen not prepared for lunch. A wait person not managing her tables with appropriate service and communication.....a team member not properly trained for the job. And while the setting is spectacular this dining room is over due for a refresh. Food was so so, just typical hotel fare.....$14 for a soup appetizer needs to be better than what we received. Overall a disappointment as this was to be a special part of our day trip to Sedona from Scottsdale. Way too many options in Sedona to settle for Che-Ah-Chi....at least until management invests in staff training and preparation for guests.

   Enchantment resort in Boynton Canyon is one of my favorite locations in the world. Che-Ah-Chi takes advantage of its spectacular views of Boynton Canyon. The atmosphere is elegant and classy. The food is really delicious. And the service is top-notch.

   We had lunch on the patio after a morning of hiking. Great food, fun drinks, amazing views and impeccable service. One of the best meals we had in Sedona.

   Tom our server was excellent & very knowledgeable about the food being served for the night. View was absolutely breathtaking. My husband and I sat in a booth overlooking the window to the mountain. Food was great. We shared pork belly for starter. My husband had the lamb shank and I had the halibut. Wines and drinks were superb. The only downfall was the crème brûlée as I did not care for the taste, but loved the orange sorbet that accompanied it. Would highly recommend.

    What a beautiful location. The entire experience was first class. We sat outside around the fire pit for cocktails and then enjoyed our dinner. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly but not clingy. The food was delicious. The prices are very high but you are paying for the view which is breathtaking.
