Carriage House ofrece un excelente menú a la carta durante la semana cuando el teatro no tiene funciones y cena antes del teatro con precio fijo en Paper Mills, frente a la entrada del teatro. La galardonada chef Holly Guber está orgullosa de estar al frente de este fantástico lugar que ha sido reformado y que abre cuando el teatro está cerrado, con un pequeño y exquisito menú de pequeños y grandes platillos y una excelente selección de interesantes vinos por copa.

This was our first trip to the Carriage House. The appetizer was superb, jumbo shrimp. We ordered a White Christmas martini which was delicious but a bit pricey. My wife ordered the Orecchiette pasta with crumbled sausage, which looked good but was very salty. I ordered the 14 oz boneless ribeye with an Anna pomme. I would have preferred mashed, baked or roasted potatoes. There was no choice. The steak was great. We ordered two glasses of Chianti which was as pricey as the martinis. The dessert for my wife was a coconut snowball. It was ok. I don’t recall the name of my chocolate dessert but it was quite dense. We had two cappuccinos that were good but also pricey. The server was spectacular, Sonia. Will we return? I don’t think so. Sorry!

Started out with drinks at the bar, all the bartenders weee great. Chef came over and talked to us, telling us about events going on. At Dinner Brandon was our server and he was great, knew the menu and made sure our drinks weee never empty. We had the duck and the pasta with sausage both excellent, chocolate mousse was delicious. Great way to start out before the play.

Happy with the choices on the pre-fix menu. The appetizers and dinner choice that we selected were delicious. Our server was attentive, courteous and friendly. The reservationist and staff were also courteous and friendly. We were not rushed and were able to enjoy the whole dining experience.

The food and service are exemplary. I enjoy dining at The Carriage House whenever I go to The Paper Mill Playhouse. The staff is accommodating of allergies and special requests. The chef always comes out to the dining room to ensure that the food was acceptable. It always is.

Have been here before but not in a while. Had a fantastic pre show lunch before White Christmas. Food was delicious. Waitress was outstanding. Ambiance is lovely. I thoroughly enjoy dining here.

Festively Decorated for the Christmas Holidays. Can't be more convenient then to literally be next door to Papermill Playhouse. Service outstanding thanks to Giovanna. Started with Holiday Cocktails - Maple Old Fashioned and White Christmas Martini - Creamy Parsnip and Hazlenut Soup was delicious and perfect start on a chilly night. My wife and I both enjoyed the Braised Short Ribs - melted in your mouth. Capped it all off with an after dinner drink and on to the show. Chef checked in on us and told us about upcoming events in January which we will surely attend.
