Como su nombre lo indica, Butlers Wharf Chop House Restaurant es el lugar perfecto si usted tiene antojo de algo con carne. No se puede perder los filetes de Speyside Angus X alimentado con pasto. El restaurante es elegante pero sin ser rebuscado. Es un lugar relajado junto al río en donde la procedencia de los alimentos es la clave, por lo que ofrece productos de Select Butchery, salmón ahumado de H. Forman & Son, así como ostiones y langosta locales de Carlingford Rocks. El restaurante lo invita a que se relaje y disfrute de las famosas vistas al Tower Bridge (si es afortunado, desde la terraza del lugar), ya que está en buenas manos.

Food was cold and steaks were not cooked as we ordered… but the staff were very nice and offered to redo our order. It was second time lucky! Bit by this time the experience was not nice. I remember when this place was THE steak house to have a great steak… it’s now become an average place to eat with a great view of Tower Bridge! So sad!

Our experience was excellent. The most beautiful view to the Tower Bridge, delicious perfectly cooked stakes and super welcoming stuff. Restaurant deserves all 5 stars and I will definitely come back!

First time experience in this stunning restaurant. With amazing views of Tower Bridge, service and food were outstanding. Definitely Would recommend this restaurant to anyone and can not wait to go again.

I hate to be negative about things but this restaurant is just on another level of bad. It's fairly pricey at this restaurant but I don't mind paying a little bit extra for quality. However, the first issue, they brought out the wrong starters. Fair mistake you might say, but the waiters attitude and look of utter contempt really irked me. Then I was asked what I wanted for my main. I opted for chateaubriand steak. He asked how I'd like it cooked. I tell him, and he interrupts saying it can only be done medium rare. If that was the case, why ask me. I ushered the waiter over several times during my meal, due to the lack of quality. It was dry, tough and tasteless. To this he simply said sorry and walked off. My partner then saw him over the other side of the room pointing at as both with looks of utter disdain on their face. He then had the gaul to come and ask us if we wanted a dessert. I abruptly said for him to just bring the bill. That's when the final joke came. They'd added on 5% to our bill for a tip without asking. My partner noticed this and to be fair, the guy took it off with an angry look. We paid and left and will definitely NEVER be back. Basil Fawlty could have ran rings around the staff at the establishment. Never again.
