We have dined here on many previous occasions. This time was different and disappointing. Our reservation for (2) was for 7:45pm. We were not seated until 8:50pm. It appeared they overbooked their reservations. That and there were larger parties limiting seating for two guests. There were many of us that had to stand in a very small area waiting to be seated. It was New Years Eve so we understood it was not a typical night and we’re willing to be patient. My disappointment was the hostess made no attempt to communicate to her customers any updates and or apologies for such a lengthy delay. I hope that management and the staff reviewed what happened that evening and discussed how to improve similar issues in the future. The atmosphere and food are always good. The service needs to match it.

NYE - when we made our reservation we didn’t see it was a special menu, but the menu was very good. Great options. Appetizer, entree & dessert. We had meatball, veal chop parm & tiramisu. Excellent. Husband had Caesar salad. Veal rollatini n cannoli. Superb. Place was so crowded, really no where to wait for your table. Service was very good. Food is always done well here, highly recommended!

Totally rushed even though we went early and they were not busy. Hovering over table to see if we were finished. Price fixed menu, veal had a very thick breading but good. Would have been better if there was time between courses and we were left alone.

Never a bad, or disappointing, meal over the years going to this BYOB. Sometimes, noise level can be high, but that's because certain customers constantly speak at a level you could hear from across the street, causing others to raise their voices.

Food was just okay. My chicken was very thin and tough. Disappointed with wait staff Way too expensive. !!

I had the bronzino, it was pricy, but worth every penny..delicious, servic was excellent, such a sweet little cozy restaurant

We frequent your restaurant often. Have Remi almost all the time. His service was great as usual. Food was not good . No other way to put it. And very highly priced. Brought a couple with us to kick off the holiday and was very embarrassed.
