    Me decepciono un poco ya que la alfombra y sillas del lugar estaban sucias . manchas por toda la alfombra y migajas de comida. La comida es buena pero el overall precio caro.

    Muy mala experiencia con la manager la persona que nos recibio muy bien pero llegó la manager y dio la mesa que nos tenían asignada después de 20 minutos nos dieron 2 mesas y nos separaron el grupo que teníamos

    DO NOT GO HERE during the holiday season. As guests of the Ritz Carlton, we were turned away two times for a table on two subsequent days...no wait list...simply just told "we cannot seat you today". When we did finally make a reservation on day 3 and get in our lunch experience took 2 hours, had to ask servers multiple times for sharing plates for appetizers, was charged for two beverages and only got one, waitress was not aware of how to split the check and verbally acknowledged she did not know how to do this and that we would have to "figure it out". Food was decent, however the experience and front desk of this restaurant is BADLY in need of help and customer service training. Multiple tables empty needing to be bussed and turning hotel guests away is a bad look, not to mention the attitude of the staff working the front desk

    It took 50 minutes to get a drink. So basically we sat for almost an hour with water and placed our food order over an hour after we sat. Unacceptable anyway, but at the Ritz and for the price, it definitely did not meet expectations. Food is good.

    The staff was totally confused if they were even taking reservations- then when we had a table there were NO servers . It was a total mess . Staff had no idea what was going on ! Especially for the prices and being the ‘Ritz’!

    The Ritz is amazing. The “bowl” of green chili was more like a cup of for $25 is is egregious.

    We had a great dinner. They accommodated our gluten free family member and everyone loved the food. Shout out to our server Autumn for exceptional service.

    Thought because it was the Ritz in Vail that this place would be top notch. We travel all over the world and this was very disappointing. Drinks were sub par, espresso martini watered down and wife’s cosmo was warm. The steaks not cooked right at all for 3 out of 4 of us and overall service not what it should be for a ritz restaurant. Felt like an apple bees. Spent $500 on a dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids and had better service at Elways in Vail village for half the cost and better service and drinks. Hate posting this but true.
