El Broken Bit es... Una churrasquería de vaqueros clásica estadounidense con una experiencia culinaria única que combina la gastronomía estadounidense contemporánea con un toque del Oeste. El Broken Bit se encuentra en Quartz Hill, una pequeña comunidad que se enorgullece de su herencia rural del Oeste y se presta a los vaqueros y vaqueras que montan a caballo por las calles. El Broken Bit utiliza solo filetes de res Black Angus natural de calidad USDA Prime añejados libres de hormonas y antibióticos. Los filetes se cortan a mano, se sazonan con la especia para filetes del Broken Bit y se asan a la parrilla sobre leña de roble lentamente en su propio jugo mientras reciben un ligero sabor ahumado. También se ofrece una amplia selección de otros platillos, como marisco fresco, pollo y chuletas de cordero. El personal de este establecimiento está orgulloso de servir una comida excepcional y un whisky de producción limitada muy buscado con la hospitalidad inigualable del Oeste. Un ambiente muy familiar y perfecto para una celebración la comida deliciosa y con excelente presentación a toda mi familia les encanta comer aquí lo recomiendo

Thankfully we were able to get a last minute reservation, it was our first time here and we had a great experience. Both me and my boyfriend had prime rib, and it was cooked to perfection, we had mash potato’s and spinach for sides that were also delicious. Cocktails are also very good here. The service was great everyone was welcoming and attentive. This is a great place to enjoy some great food, definitely will be going back.

Food great and the service. However they seem to book their reservations too close. So you usually have to wait. My experience with most Opentable restaurants is that even if you get there a few minutes early they can seat you and definitely by the time of the reservation - so my suggestion to the restaurant is not to book so tight.

We celebrate a Birthday. That person did not get any attention, no Birthday sign, or anything. They sat us at a table for 6 and there was 7 of us, we had to ask for more room, they did add a table for us. But we had to ask.

Somebody thinks they became a Ruth’s Chris’s. Been coming here for years but it has been a little while and last night will be my last time FOR SURE!! Value utterly ridiculous, food good but not great, service bearable, ambiance well it’s Quartz Hill so great for this area. A 6oz Filet that pretty much got shrunk to just above a 3 oz size. But $130 per pound!! Seriously, with no sides at all in fact, ordered a bake potato with butter …$14 , didn’t see that fine print. I know beef has gone up crazy, but not $130 a pound and to my knowledge there is no potato famine, and it was not even fully cooked. Two beers for the same price as a baked potato, in fact it was $1 more than the Caesar salad. Then to top it all off after sitting there for 90 minutes we were actually asked to leave by the waiter…. F in $130 a pound I know why we were asked, so they could gouge some more. I have no idea why anyone would go back. Drive 45 minutes and go to Texas Roadhouse where for the price of Broken Bits tiny filet you get a full meal, better service and everything is actually cooked right!! Very sad and will never grace their door again!!
