El restaurante Boulevard está conectado al emblemático Gerard Lounge en el Sutton Place Hotel del centro de Vancouver, y ofrece un bar de ostras, comedor privado y un amplio patio exterior. Este restaurante es el nuevo escaparate para la legendaria y artística gastronomía del chef Alex Chen, cuya inspiración proviene de las tradiciones francesas y el respeto al pasado, sin perder el toque moderno y actual. Our private dining room and lounge can be configured in a variety of ways to suit each individual event. We can accommodate up to 48 guests seated or 80 reception-style. Additional adjoining spaces can fit up to 100 guests, and the restaurant is available for buyouts (total capacity 200 seats).

En general los platillos estaban bien preparados, nos tocó que estuvieran probando platillos nuevos y se tardaron mucho y no ricos. Deberían hacer muchas pruebas antes de ofrecerlos a los comensales ya que no es un lugar barato!!

The food here was fantastic! Every dish was prepared impeccably with the right amount of seasoning, the correct level of doneness, and a little twist to keep things interesting. The atmosphere is quiet and elegant without feeling stuffy. A great place for a romantic date or a business meal.

We had a great experience at Boulevard. Our server was super attentive and knowledgeable and they were accommodating to our requests for substitutions. We were also surprised at how quickly we were served. Our dinner was amazing in flavour, quantity and presentation. We chose Boulevard because we wanted a special experience and we certainly got that. I will go back and would recommend to others.

The food was delicious and they had great specials. Great staff. I'm always in awe of the pastry chef's desserts. Highly recommend.
