The service was excellent. They had a fine selection of meats to choose from and there was ample opportunity to try everything more than once if you wished to. All of the staff were more than happy to retrieve requested items from the menu, and constantly checked in to make sure everything was to your liking. They even offered a birthday dessert on the house. Would recommend, made for a great evening out.

We had our daughter’s birthday dinner there. We come here often because out of all the Brazilian bbq place that we’ve tried, this place is way less salty. Salad bar was also great. Love their cheese bread and grilled pineapple. Their price is also reasonable. It’s a super kids friendly place. Other places charge kids $20-29 whereas this place is $2 x the age of the child. Service is amazing. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I always call beforehand to confirm my booking. The gentlemen would always greet over the phone politely. So far we haven’t had any bad experiences with this restaurant. My daughter love it so much that she calls this place the “red and green sign place” :)

We had never had Brazilian BBQ. Excellent meals with great service and wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Warmly greeted when we arrived, special occasion acknowledged and celebrated with us. All servers were friendly and helpful, food was great!

Our experience was amazing as always! Even a full busy restaurant at 8 PM on New Year’s Eve, the meats came out fresh and hot and perfectly cooked. The service was amazing as always Ryan is always wonderful and so are all the gauchos.

I've been to several Brazilian BBQ places before, but Bolero stands out as the best by far. Both the food and service were exceptional. The meat was served quickly, and we even had to take a few breaks to pace ourselves. The prime rib and grilled pineapple were absolute highlights! Our server, Phil, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to ensure everything was perfect. We’ll definitely be back for another great experience!

The meats were cooked perfectly the service was fast and efficient and professional. I don’t think I can pick a favourite it was a great experience. We will be going back. PS not as expensive as I had been told totally worth it.
