    Food was amazing. Vibe was amazing. Server!!! AMAZING! We actually tried to book at another location (our usual) but was limited and ended up here instead and what a pleasant surprise. The new drink/cocktail menu is sublime. Food was great - better than great. It was so hard to make up our minds but our server was so helpful. (Side note - a couple of people (different tables) needed mobility assistance and our server (same section) was the loveliest and so helpful - some of the most inclusive behaviour I have EVER seen!). And if you have room for dessert - you won't be disappointed. Best experience at a Boathouse yet!

    I've posted my full review with Landry's (the parent company) at their request. Unfortunately I don't have it saved nor can I locate it as I sent it through their internal review program. In a nutshell, our meal was 50/50 for our party of 6 liking vs disliking. It felt very overpriced compared to similar restaurants in the area. The service was an absolute gong show. I learned it was a new server which would explain alot. I'm pretty sure it was 30 minutes by the time we sat down to when I actually was served my first drink - a plain and simple beer. The billing experience was a mess and took well over 15 minutes to sort out a $300 gift card to pay for a $300 meal plus tip. In the end, I just wanted to get the heck out of there, run away, and never come back. The overall vibe and decor of the 2nd floor where we sat was excellent. It was full and a nice overall atmosphere. It's a beautiful view looking out onto the water (near the window seats). While it's probably not the norm for service, but it was enough to have me avoid coming back other than for rooftop patio drinks on a hot summer day.

    Service was great. Prawn cocktail not as fresh as it should be. One prawn was off very fishy. Drinks too small for value. Non alcoholic drinks were finished too quickly as the glasses were too small and too much ice. Very pleasant atmosphere and comfortable. Nice friendly staff. Easy access to washrooms. Definitely a return visit in the future.

    Food at the Boathouse is always fresh, delicious and hot. I had a New York steak and it was cooked to perfection. My husband had a Thai prawn dish that was tasty. The wine list is not large but adequate and our server Tamara was great, friendly and personable. It's always good at the Boathouse!

    Everything was perfect and we appreciate the Boathouse accommodating our business Christmas Dinner. The food was delicious and our waiter Keith went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We will definitely be back!
