    We always have great service and great food at the Port Moody Boathouse. It's wonderful if you want to visit and talk with friends. It's not loud like pubs and very relaxing. Whenever I get together with friends we always reserve at this particular Boathouse. The view is beautiful as well. Our server was also perfect. He came to the table when needed and didn't make a nuisance of himself like some restaurants. He was charming and professional as well.

    We like today’s meal. Our server is helpful, friendly and responsive. Food was delicious. The waiting time for having the dishes was rather short. The cleanliness of the cutlery and plates has been improving.

    I ordered the lobster bisque and when ordered i asked the waitress for the soup to be very hot. It came luke warm. Sent it back to be reheated. Food was tasty but cold

    Enjoyed meeting my friend for lunch. Was not impressed with pay parking. My tacos were not up to scratch…very blah and the fries were really not very good at all and the meal had cooled too much. The ambience is second to none. If the food had been better I would have been happy but there are lots of places to go for lunch rather than put up with a simple meal that could have been so much better. I like the boathouse but I’m not anxious to go back because of the lack of attention to the food.

    The food is quite good. They have changed from last year when we were there for our Anniversary. Last year the food was awesome. This year it is good still but not awesome. The Lobster was good but small and expensive. It was sweet and tender though. The sirloin was amazing. No need to upgrade to another cut as it was tender and well seasoned. Service was good. Parking can be difficult as the machines weren't working and paying for parking at a restaurant is okay if it is in Vancouver but not Port Moody. Our expectations were a little high after last year but we may go back again.

    I went to celebrate a special occasion (anniversary) I won't lie, I had read some reviews before coming which were mixed but that didn't stopped me from going. It was a very good experience overall, I wouldn't award the place a Michelin star for the taste but the view, the environment, selection of wines and service was worth it. I will come again with my family or for future occasions (but only special occasions), I would like to come more frequently but due to the price range, I will limit myself to certain occasions.
