    Service extremely slow. Likely needed more staff but manager seemed more interested in setting up tables than helping customers. Coffee and tea empty for some time before we could find someone to ask for a refill (they were never offered) and didn’t even bother to try for more water. Burger had no seasoning and was very dense, food lukewarm. One of the worst experiences we have had at this location / it’s usually better.

    We dined on Christmas Day and everything was excellent. The meal choice was really good even though a set menu it had great choices. Kyle was our waiter and although crazy busy he was attentive and on top of everything all while keeping a smile! Kyle is an excellent waiter you are lucky to have him. All the staff were cheerful, accommodating and just made it a great Christmas experience.

    I went on Christmas Day with a reservation. Despite reservation we still had to wait 15 minutes past the reservation for a seat. I think this was because it was very busy Christmas. Service was pretty good, the drinks were refilled, and food didn’t take too long. We ordered prawn appetizers and it came lukewarm and no longer crispy. I also got lobster bisque soup which came warm, not hot. My dinner also came just warm. Overall the food tasted very good and the servers were very friendly and warm. My only complaint is none of the food came hot.

    Christmas dinner on Dec 25 at The Boat House in NW was wonderful. We were seated right away, our table had a great view of the Fraser River, the waiter Santiago, was helpful and friendly. The food was great and desserts options were plenty. I would recommend this restaurant for special occasions and for any time you want to treat yourself to a nice meal. Great experience!

    First of all we booked in November for Christmas Dinner and when we arrived they had no idea where to sit us. We were sat at a booth so cramped that it was hard to get in and out. The server was was rude and did not get our orders correct and I ended up paying for 3 extra orders of lobster tails that I did not order. The food quality was sub par and cost $80 per person there was 5 of us. My husband could not even get a drink the way he wanted it and the waiter said that it was the way the drinks are (ceaser) and refused to change it. The whole time the waiter was arrogant, passive aggressive. Our Christmas dinner was supposed to be pleasant and fun it ended up being rushed and angry. Right at the moment that we sat down the waiter made each and everyone of us feel uncomfortable. We will never go to this restaurant again, I spent $750 and it was a huge waste of money and couldn't wait to get out of there.

    Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating with our order. Our son has gluteen and dairy allergy and she was cery helpful with his meal order
