Black Angus Steakhouse is one of Toronto's landmark steakhouses, originally established in 1964. Today, Black Angus Steakhouse has expanded its tradition by moving to a stunning new restaurant space at the north-east corner of Bloor and Islington. Black Angus Steakhouse is renowned for superb food, excellent service and pleasing ambiance, all of which carry through to our new restaurant. Mixing the old with the new, guests can enjoy lunch and dinner in our elegant dining room or our casual lounge/bar area. We have a private room for larger groups, celebrations and business functions. Our outdoor patio provides a chic setting for seasonal dining and outdoor festivities.

I haven’t been to Black Angus in a while, and this is reminded me I need to go back more. Fantastic night with great food good service and great atmosphere.

The food at Black Angus is delicious. The manager David excels at customer service. What Black Angus is lacking is ambience. The prices are high end but the decor is not. I will be coming back but urge you guys to make the place more inviting, trendy and interesting.

The atmosphere is always good here and the food is really good. The steaks were done to what everyone at the table ordered and tasty. The service was a bit slow but nothing to really complain about since we were with friends so time wasn’t an issue. Try you will like it.

Exceptional service starting right from the time we walked through the door and throughout our meal. Food was delicious and ambience was incredible. David, the manager, checked on our table to ensure we had everything we needed and our server was wonderful. It was our first time dining at Black Angus and it was an A++ experience! We will be back!

Another lovely evening at Black Angus. A special thank you to the service team (Deb, MJ) and David for being an attentive leader. Food is always a high level.

Enjoyed my meal, not the interior are ambience. Celebrated an anniversary here. I preferred the quaint old spot. The pastel coloured marker sandwich board did not set the tone for an elegant evening. Nor did schelpping through a mall with no signage....

The While evening from the Food, service and amazing staff (Debra) was outstanding. We had booked and ate at Harry’s steakhouse down the street. From the overpriced food that was terrible, service was so unprofessional and our server never came back to ask even if we had needed anything. We then decided to try Black Angus as you can see we have gone back consistently for all the above reasons. The customer service is outstanding.

Our time at Black Angus are always filled with amazing service (long standing team and those that are new to us). Everyone should experience their service and quality at a fine steak house or just a bar treat or two with a beverage. Nicely priced wine list for lunch is wonderful. Lisa S

This was our first experience at Black Angus. The service was excellent. The appetizers were very good( garlic bread, calamari and oysters) The halibut was extremely dry,had 3 bites and couldn't eat it at all. The Steak and fries was overcooked, the chicken wings were under cooked. The cornish hen was fabulous but the veggies were extremely salty. Centre cut filet, amazing. Overall experience fair.
