   Nos dieron muy mala mesa, junto a la entrada de la cocina y el restaurante estaba muy solo, pedí que me cambiaran y tardaron mucho, me dieron otra mesa muy mala junto al baño, pedí otro cambio, volvieron a tardar mucho, cuando finalmente me dieron una mesa adecuada no nos atendían, cuando pasó un mesero le pregunté si alguien nos iba a atender, me contestó que la mesera de esa mesa ya había salido, que iba a conseguir a alguien, minutos después llegó otra persona y finalmente nos atendieron, no fue una buena experiencia.

   I can’t recall a more delicious steak, lobster, and shrimp meal. And….it was served with two side items and fresh bread. Absolutely amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection and although there were five people in my party, there wasn’t a single complaint. High praise indeed!

   We had a great dinner tonight. As always the meat was cooked to our specifications. The appetizers were just the right amount for the three of us. Great attentive service from our server.

   Came for my daughters birthday. I honestly expected staff to be more friendly and out going, but everyone looked so unhappy. My daughter was met with a very monotone “Happy Birthday” the atmosphere was unwelcoming. I even paid the extra for the balloons and celebrations package it definitely wasn’t worth it. The waitress wasn’t attentive and it would take several minutes before she would come by again especially when we asked for the check. One meal that was ordered was basically 2 sad buns with 3 chicken fries a couple leafs of lettuce and 2 ends of a tomato they even forgot the sauce. With the price of everything i definitely thought I’d have a better experience let alone food that looked appetizing. Next time we will just go to Applebees.

   Have always enjoyed Black Angus. The only issue was that we had reservations and were made to wait about 10 minutes while they got our table ready. It wasn’t because of restaurant being busy—we had an early dinner. But food was excellent as always and so was service

    Food was good but service was just okay. Slow to get our drinks and we never received our appetizer.
