El Benihana ofrece una experiencia gastronómica inigualable. Los comensales se sientan por grupos en mesas compartidas, donde un chef personal se encarga de practicar el antiguo arte del teppanyaki. Fue una experiencia increíble ! Sin embargo el sabor no me dejó muy convencida le doy un 8/10 a la comida.

We came on a quiet Thursday afternoon. Service was perfect and available. Our cook displayed a great spatula baton show before cooking a perfect meal for us. The all inclusive meal we chose started with a light broth soup, a dish of grill prepared fried rice and vegetables, and then our choice of two items ( we both chose scallops and steak), followed by hot tea. We sat leasurly and chatted for about half an hour. Wonderful afternoon!

Great atmosphere and fun! I hadn’t been to a Benihana in a long time and we were in the area so took the opportunity to revisit. Food was tasty! Our chef was quieter but very attentive. We’d definitely come back with friends and try other items.

Very cold inside, most guests keep their jackets on, food was good except the chicken that was very dry. Nice and friendly staff and sweet pic of my family at the end printed for us very nice.

Went for a birthday dinner for my girlfriend. They “couldn’t find” our reservation. Kept asking for name and phone number. I showed them the open table email with name phone number and confirmation. They still said they couldn’t find it. Our reservation was for 7pm. They forgot about us and we didn’t get seated until 730pm. After being seated at a table with TEN people, our server took another 35 minutes to bring us our drinks. It was bad enough how little room we had at the table but then it was also FREEZING cold. By the time we got our drinks, we couldn't feel our hands. Throughout the rest of the 2.5 hour long meal we only saw our server two more times and one of them was to drop off another drink 30 minutes later(again). I just can’t believe how poorly this birthday meal went. Very disappointed in everything. Not to mention they cooked my vegetarian girlfriend’s tofu LAST. So she didn’t get her food until about 9pm. She didn’t even eat a bite of it, just got it to go because it had been so long. My food was ice cold within about 3 minutes due to the freezing air coming in. So while waiting for my girlfriends food so we could eat together, I ended up snacking on ice cold lobster shrimp and scallops. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend coming here on a weekend for any special occasion in the winter. What a nightmare. We’ve had mixed experiences here, but this was definitely one of the worst!!

Lena was my server. She frequently missed part of my order and brought me the wrong cocktail. Lena has a very thick accent and is very hard to understand which is not that big of a deal however she cannot understand basic requests. she brought out only three courses because she forgot the salad. so she had to come back after everyone ate to bring our salads. lastly when it was time to pay I brought cash for her tip so i paid the total on my card and was getting cash to tip. and she said very loudly “NO GOOD?” my Fiancé thought his amex wasn’t working but she said again loudly “NO TIP?” then i stepped in and told her i was tipping in cash but not anymore. I asked to talk to a manager and i did she apologized and said it wouldn’t happen again no offer of a gift card or compensation for our meal. I would never go back with Lena as my server.
