El Benihana ofrece una experiencia gastronómica incomparable. Los comensales se sientan en mesas compartidas, en grupos, donde su chef particular ejecuta el antiguo arte del teppanyaki. Our experience was horrible service was super slow , the vent for the smoke above us must have been broken because it was so smoky in my face the whole night I was coughing it was gross my glasses were full of grease it was horrible!!! Service was the worst very slow and forgetful! I asked about the fan twice and was ignored! Just had to endure the smoke it’s never been like that when we go to Benihana’s. We will not be going back and will make sure to tell everyone who asks how it was that it was horrible and to not go! Was not worth the money and it’s crazy expensive for the experience and horrible service! Get better Benihanas if you are going to charge so much!

Had to wait almost an hour after our reservation time to be seated but once seated it was a wonderful experience.

Service was good but it was slow being seated even though we had a reservation. Need to allow at least 45 minutes to be seated. I felt sorry for families with kids.
