   Mi experiencias en Benihana han sido excelentes, el ambiente es muy sano el ruido moderado pero al mismo tiempo las expectaciones del excelente desempeño de Arturo nuestro table chef hacen que levantes tu voz jajaja la comida tiene un sabor único que supera las espectativas de cualquier paladar y la preparación antes durante y después de cocinar la comida hace que te sientas en un lugar acogedor y te da la confianza de comer todo lo que a tu ojo se te cocina. Gracias Benihana y excelente trabajo Arturo, gracias por hablar con nosotros en nuestro idioma integrándonos a tu trabajo junto con los demás comensales .

   Restaurant dirty and messy. Service and staff good. Long wait. Bathroom was disgusting. Very expensive for the quality of food.

   Seated 40 minutes after reservation time despite being on time. Our area was down a server, our server was doing her best but was very harried and stressed. Chef was great. Just so many people packed in there and rushed through experience - seemed way overbooked.

   Food was ok but the thing that got me was the 20 fee on top of the tip . So u expect me to add an additional 40% to the bill . That’s nuts . I won’t be back .

   Service was very slow. Cook did not do all the extras. First time for my young son’s birthday . He said he like it. The food was small portions and not worth the value.

   Made reservations for a Thursday night dinner. I walked in and stood at the hostess desk for about a minute while the hostess continued to talk to the sushi chef. After being acknowledged, the interaction was short and dry. I started to reconsider my decision for dinner. After being seated in the bar area (where I reserved because it’s usually quick service) we were brought water (that we asked for) and waited almost 45 minutes for two entrees. I requested medium well steak and received well done tough steak. No fuss was made as we had already waited 45 minutes. I started going to the Minneapolis location on Louisiana Avenue after being disappointed by the MOA location but this location is going down the same road.

   We have not been to Benihana for years and are sorry about it. This meal far surpassed our expectations. This was the restaurant week selection. We had so much food and it all was so tasty. So much that we took home leftovers to have an additional meal. Danielle who served our table was super as was Julia the bartender.
