    Mi experiencias en Benihana han sido excelentes, el ambiente es muy sano el ruido moderado pero al mismo tiempo las expectaciones del excelente desempeño de Arturo nuestro table chef hacen que levantes tu voz jajaja la comida tiene un sabor único que supera las espectativas de cualquier paladar y la preparación antes durante y después de cocinar la comida hace que te sientas en un lugar acogedor y te da la confianza de comer todo lo que a tu ojo se te cocina. Gracias Benihana y excelente trabajo Arturo, gracias por hablar con nosotros en nuestro idioma integrándonos a tu trabajo junto con los demás comensales .

    Benihana is pretty much the same as always. The restaurant is a little run down. Kinda sad. We’ve been going off and on for years. It’s been a while, 6 years I think. Food is the same. Some of it really good like the scallops. I wasn’t as crazy about the fried rice this time. Not sure what’s changed. The other 3 in our party liked it. Our chef/server was great. The other party at our table had two first-timers, ages 7 & 9 (guessing). They loved it. We took lots of food home. Basically Benihana lived up to our age old expectations.

    Our table for party of 6 had 2 other people added. It was extremely crowded. Service was attentive but rushed. Salads were served as we were still eating soup. Our bills had extra charges for chicken fried rice, but server did not explain it was an up charge when she simply asked if we wanted chicken fried rice. We assumed it was just part of meal price. Our chef was great.

    We had a very nice meal. We have eaten there many times. It is a more expensive dinning experience. So be prepared to spend a fair amount of money for your dinner. Tip - Order a couple extra Fried Rice orders to take home and a pint of the Yum-Yum sauce. It will extend your experience for a couple extra days!!

    Very nice experience except prices have gone up far too high since last year. Also, normally the cooks are on top of handing out the Yum Yum sauce or others; but it was really tough to come by tonight. I kept asking rather than being offered.

    Been going to Benihana for years for my birthday. Been on the chef’s club for 7 years. Noticed tonight the restaurant was not as busy normally was. I know why now. They added a service fees on. 28 bucks for 3 people and bunch of other bs fees too. Ended up with over 40 bucks in fees. Nothing of which were mention any at table or In restaurant. Service was fast and food was decent but unfortunately I’m done coming to Benihana. Not worth the price! I’m all for leaving a decent tip that I decide but forced service fees and other bs fees. Good luck Benihana’s but you are going to lose a lot of long time customers like me.

    The food was decent but the billing was very sketchy. Our bill came to $101.50 which was fine. But, instead of seeing the normal sales tax I saw: Service charge $25.70 MGR-Amount. -$5.00 Food tax tax. $6.83 Beer/bombers Tax. $.89 Sake/wine tax. $1.47 Food tax service charge tax. $2.19 I called our server over for an explanation and she started explaining something about Covid and never changing it. I have no issues tipping well for good service but to assume a 20% tip on all checks and a wacky overcharge with a manger discount just doesn’t sit well. Three years ago when things were just reopening I would have been fine with it. Now, I’ll just go elsewhere.
