El chef hizo un buen trabajo y diría q fue lo que salvó la noche , pero creo q el problema esta mas en la administración del lugar , no me gustó el tiempo de espera aun con una reservación y que en una mesa tan pequeña quieran poner 8 o 9 personas 🤷🏽‍♀️ pienso que el precio de la comida permite q en esa mesa coman mas cómodos 6 personas 😏tienen un código de vestir y cuando llegas NO TIENE SENTIDO , SE VENDEN DIFERENTE A LA REALIDAD QUE ENCUENTRAS… pareces cenando en Macdonald cómodamente en chanclas y shorts, me hubieran evitado la molestia de hacer cambiar a mi hijo su Jean roto 😂😂🤣🤣🤣 la verdad estuvo bien la cena pero esperaba algo mejor , no creo q vuelva muy pronto la verdad . De 5 le doy un 2.5 .

My reservation was for 8:30p, we didn’t get seated until 9p. During our wait to be seated, another customer brought a “service dog” that was not following commands and peed on the hostess counter (not on the floor, ON THE COUNTER TOP). when we were seated it took another 30 minutes for our order to be taken. I made the unfortunate choice of choosing seafood - and was forced to watch our whole table be served their entire entrees before mine was started. As my food was being put on my plate (11p) the waitress was already charging everybody’s cards - since everyone else had finished their meals. While i do recognize that it was valentine’s day- it was unfortunate that i couldn’t eat during the hibachi experience. The food was good, but i had to eat it at home. Also - i never got my rice. The staff was pleasant, but they may need either hire more staff or book less reservations in a night.

I had high hopes for a special Valentine’s Day dinner at Benihana, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. I ordered the Chateaubriand, expecting a perfectly cooked, tender cut of steak. However, despite requesting medium, what I received was well-done, tough, and completely lacking in flavor. The texture was unpleasantly chewy, making it a struggle to enjoy. The shrimp appetizer was another letdown. It was not cleaned properly, as I could still see the brown vein, which was very unappetizing. It’s disappointing that a restaurant of this caliber would overlook such a basic preparation step. Additionally, I ordered white rice, which was supposed to be brought out separately from the hibachi table. Instead, it didn’t arrive until it was time to pay, long after it would have been useful with my meal. From the overcooked steak to the poorly cleaned shrimp and the untimely arrival of my side dish, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. For the price and reputation of Benihana, I expected much better. Valentine’s Day is meant to be a special occasion, but unfortunately, this meal did not live up to the occasion. I won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

We went there for Valentine’s Day on 2/13/25 and basically it was a good experience, but the server did not change my wife’s drink and we had to ask

The people we sat with were amazing. We all had a great time. Anthony, our server, was on point and professional. Chen, our chef, was funny and amazing.
