    Fui a celebrar mi cumpleaños como de costumbre, Y noté que las meseras a cada mesa cantaban el feliz cumpleaños, pero en mi mesa no pasó nunca! No hicieron nada!! el servicio de la comida muy bueno. Noté mucha indiferencia no quisiera tomarlo personal pero cada que Yo voy NUNCA!!! se acercan a cantar, ni foto de recuerdo absolutamente nada!! A toda la demás gente si les cantan pero a mí jamás se acercan!! No me gusta decir esta palabra pero siento que son Racistas en ese aspecto. Yo soy un ser humano y entonces ese tipo de acciones te hace sentir menos como persona. De la comida simplemente es Deliciosa y eso es lo único que me hace volver a ese restaurante ya que Yo misma baje mis expectativas en el trato que Yo supongo deberían de dar, pues el restaurante no es para nada barato y creo que deberían enfocarse en dejar a los comensales satisfechos.

    Our 7:00 PM reservation did not seat us until 745 after we went up twice and asked how long we would be and they said 10 minutes twice no explanation was given for the delay at 7:45 we were seated and at 8 o’clock we were finally given our salad and soups. Our waitress was fine, but she was not able to present our food in a timely manner because the chef was not able to get to our table until quarter after eight. After he has to be prepared our food, we finally had the meal and then we were not finished until after nine. We were the last table to be served. Everyone else was leaving as we were being served. The Benihana in New York City was perfect as I was there a month ago punctual excellent food they took our picture Service was exemplary and we couldn’t have had a better experience the Springdale, Ohio location needs a lot of work to get it up to the level that it used to have and that the New York City location has

    We waited an hour and 30 minutes before the cook came out we watched all the other tables getting food then people who came after us was getting their cook before us complained they took one dinner off. Once we got our cook everything was good. We don’t mind spending more money for good food but should not have to wait this long prior to seeing the cook. Server was awesome was not his fault but we still paid over 200 for a meal that took 2 hours to get. The discount the manager gave was not good enough for all the time we had to wait. We had grandson with us so keeping him busy for this long was difficult. The other family had 2 kids I know they got free drinks from bar too but we don’t drink so we should have been given better discounted

    Had to leave without dinner. Reservation at 5:15 sat at 5:30 at 6:45 still didn’t have a chef for the table. Chef we did see was slow and sloppy spent as much time pulling up pants as cooking (gross especially when the table of 8 is 6 feet behind the chefs pants falling off) That table wasn’t pleased which made us less willing to wait any longer. Our group and another at the table all left. Way too many reservations accepted…

    Just okay. Busy for Christmas. No mushroom for my dinner that is included and not the proper veggies. They served lunch veggies for dinner.

    We had a 530 reservation and we weren’t seated until 6:15. We two small children that’s hard. Service was good but it takes too long for chef to start cooking. Food was very good. Drinks are pricy and a missed opportunity for the restaurant because bar could not keep up. Waited 45 minutes for drink. Staff work hard but need more bartenders for the volume of customers. Expect to pack your patience. Fun night food was good.

    Our teppanyaki chef seemed unprepared. He ran back into the kitchen multiple times and was somewhat sloppy while cooking, with food flying past the flat-top grill. However, our server saved the day. She made sure our waters were always full and that our appetizers arrived promptly after ordering.
