Horrible experiencia las chicas que reciben con cara de pocos amigos y sin ganas de trabajar. Había hecho reservación en el restaurante y como estaba tan lleno pedí espacio en el sushi bar. El servicio pésimo tuve que pedir que por favor me atendieran las meseras con mala cara hasta tuve que levantarme por servilletas porque nadie me atendía. De las perores experiencias que he tenido en un restaurante.

Teníamos mesa reservada a las 19:30 y cenamos a las 22:00. Después de avisarles telefónicamente de que llegaríamos de 15 a 20 minutos tarde nos quisieron hacer pagar el retraso demorando nuestro servicio. Para colmo, después de sentarnos, la cena fue un desastre. Las verduras a la plancha llegaron cuando ya nos habíamos comido la carne. Vamos, todo un día para olvidar y seguramente para no volver.

Reservation was 7:30pm on Fri night, but wasn't seated until 8:10. (I had a similar experience when I visited 2 yrs ago where reservations aren't seated in a timely manner). The table was given it's apps, but the chef did not arrive to cook the main courses until 10:40. 15min prior, 3 women from 3 different parties at the table went to the manager to complain about how long it was taking to be served. It was likely best that 3 women went to complain because as soon as they went to management, the armed security (can't say if they were APD or not) became very interested. If it had been 3 men, that "interest" could have escalated. The meal finished at 11:15. Unfortunately I believe the issues I experienced have inadvertently helped create an environment where 2 armed security are needed at this restaurant. The food and chef were great, but the reservation wait, and the lack of proactive communication about why it was taking so long did not create an experience worth returning to in the future.

Reservation was for 8. Didn’t get seated until 9:20. Still didn’t get a chef until 9:45ish. Drinks were good. Food was good but was definitely rushed. S/o to Friday for doing what he could to accommodate us and get us fed.

The wait time for food is very bad. Our total party bill almost 700.00 and to wait almost 2 hours to eat is horrible.

Terrible experience. Despite a reservation it took us very long to be seated. We did not receive a drink until 75 minutes after our original reservation and did not receive our food until 2:30 hours after our reservation!!!! We spoke to the manager and they didn’t seem to care. What is awful is that I read similar reviews after my visit. This means the restaurant knows about the problems and doesn’t try to fix the core problems. Do not visit this restaurant unless you have 3 hours to spare.

Could have been way better. Took forever for our food to be cooked, service was slow and the food was just okay. May give another try but not rushing to go back
