    My kids first experience at Benihana and after a long day of unpacking and moving into their please this was a welcome Moment. My son and I have the same birthday and this choice to eat at this restaurant was a memorable experience.

    Took 45 minutes to get water, then another 45 minutes for the cook to start. Took 3 hours from our reservation time to finish with no food for 1.5 hours.

    Great experience, but really expensive now. I was surprised no entrees under $40. Pleasant experience as always. Just may have priced themselves out of my business

    Great service! We were the only guests in the restaurant, as we had 10pm reservation. Kelly was our server and Tiffany was our chef. They didn't seem bothered by a late table, and didn't rush us out the door. 10/10 for a late dinner date

    Tiffany was super nice and made delicious food! The restaurant is very noisy, but we weren't expecting any different, so it wasn't an issue. Everything was lovely

    After waiting over 45 minutes for our actual reservation time we were finally sat down and forgotten about for another 30-35 minutes. Not even offered any water or anything to drink, till we finally left the restaurant. I cant rate the food seeing as how we were never served anything BUT the service was by far the worst Ive ever experienced. Terrible place!!!!

    We were early for reservation, waited 25 mins after reservation time to get seated. Then waited another hour and a half to get chef for the start of our meal. It was busy and not enough chefs.

    Chef complained about pay etc while cooking for us. and was confrontational with other co workers. He was considerate of childrens needs and fears so that was great. It was our daughter’s birthday and we had told wvery person (including on pur reservations) No birthday song for her after watching several others. We made the best of it it but a dissapointment for sure
