'Twas New Year's Eve at Bass Street fine, Where quality and flair combine. The Sea Bass graced my lady's plate, While Prime Rib made my heart elate. In Chop Bar's booth we found our space, With Bar B serving us with grace. Each morsel perfect, every bite Contributing to our delight. The social scene was quite alive, As Quad Cities folks would arrive. The bar-side perch gave quite a view Of characters both old and new. Consistency is their winning game, Each visit proves just why they came. For special nights we'll surely return, For flavors that make taste buds yearn. So raise a glass to Bass Street's art, Where food and service win the heart. A New Year's Eve we won't forget, The finest dining one could get!

Experience starts as soon as a person steps thru your door. Greeter needs to wake up, look up, smile, and welcome guests. Barbara was fantastic. She was very attentive. Had food issues with taste but management made that right. Ambience was nothing. Don’t think we will return anytime soon.

Good quality steaks cooked well. Solid value . They want 45 characters but what I said is all you need to know if you want to have a steak.

Super nice experience for our anniversary. The steaks were amazing, service was great and staff was friendly. My only wish is that the sides weren’t family style. They feed 2-3 people but it was hard when we wanted different sides than each other.

Service was incredibly slow. Our server seemed flustered and had many tables. Our order was not correct and each course was very slow. Food had good flavor, but was not hot. Luke warm at best. With the timeliness of the service, we did not send back to kitchen. Couldn't wait to leave. From time we sat down (tables were only 50% filled at best when we arrived), to time exiting was over 2 -1/2 hours. Very disappointing. Won't return.

Very slow service. They seemed overwhelmed with the number of diners. Staff seemed overworked. Drinks and food took a long time to get to the table. Food was fairly good when it did arrive. Servers and staff were friendly. We booked a 5.30 table prior to a 7.30 show and only just made it in time for the concert.
