Located on Charing Cross Road in the centre of London’s West End, the Bar Salsa bar and restaurant is the South American party heart of the capital. A great deal of effort has gone in to creating a truly Latin atmosphere here at Bar Salsa, starting with the décor which comes straight from a Rio guide book, bright colours blended with rough hewn wood for a rustic beach-bar look. Signature cocktails from the Americas are the favourite of the bar, though bottled beers and wines from the region are also popular, while Bar Salsa’s food menu is typically relaxed and indulgent, featuring fabulous tapas sharers as well as main dishes for the hungry along the lines of burgers, fajitas and other Texacarna favourites.

Delicious food and cocktails. Waiter was lovely but under pressure covering in his own so didn't get planned second drink. When the salsa lessons start it's really loud, could do with turning down teacher's mike a little so non dancers can still enjoy their evening.

Nice atmosphere and music , food was tasty as well !! The lady called Luna and the gentleman who served us were amazing both of them , will go back again

Everything was great except the Asian waiter supervisor with the walk-in talking was arrogant and rude. All Other staffs were friendly and amazing. He didn’t want to listen to the food request, could not communicate properly and then it took so long and then came to disturb and harass us during the dance lesson to say we couldn’t leave food on the table. What an idiot and a loser cause we so enjoyed our night, so much so that we given the overall place 5 stars and 1 star for the food and service.

Service was awful, demanded ID when we got in, didn’t have our passports on us so we were turned away. There is no mention of this when booking - shocking communication. Do not recommend they were extremely rude.

The bouncers are very arrogant and rude at the door . I go there very often but they just seems to be so full of themselves . I live in soho and I love this place for the ambience . The Italian waitress that was serving my table was so polite and smiling all the time . She was very caring and amazing

Terrible experience!!!! The worst, I've ever had! I chose this venue to celebrate my bday with my friends on Friday 26th. They ruined it for me! I paid booking fees that were not refunded, and a bag with sentimental bday presents went missing and i've been calling for the past three days to inquire about it but no avail. I emailed them, left many many voice messages, use their useless chat service, and still no response! Meanwhile when they needed to secure the booking and wanted me to pay money, their communication was splinded. They called, emailed and signed it with a smiley face!

There is a miscommunication between the restaurant and the bookings office. Also the food is very mediocre, the quesadillas come half filled..
