Atlas Buckhead ofrece lo mejor de la cocina estadounidense de temporada, combinada con influencias europeas y con la cuidadosa selección de ingredientes frescos de las granjas locales. Este restaurante de comida inspirada en alta gastronomía, situado en el St. Regis Atlanta, trae una experiencia culinaria sin precedentes al Capitolio del Sur bajo la dirección del célebre chef asesor Gerry Klaskala, el jefe de cocina Christopher Grossman y el gerente general Jason Babb. Además de su menú de platillos, el Atlas ofrece una magnífica experiencia culinaria gracias a sus interiores cuidadosamente diseñados. Las paredes del restaurante, lacadas en color verde esmeralda, están adornadas con una extraordinaria colección de arte moderno del siglo XX de algunos de los artistas más reconocidos del mundo, como Freud, Chagall, Bacon y Léger. Went to Atlas for Thanksgiving dinner, and it was delicious. They even sent us home with a care package of delicious food.

Best Thanksgiving experience our family has ever had. The ambience in the room was warm, friendly and comfortable. The service was attentive and the food was delicious. The only wrong choice you can make on the menu is a pistachio dessert that is served in a puff pastry that looks like a bagel. I can honestly say I don’t think I have ever ordered a dessert and not eaten it because it just wasn’t good. Had no flavor and didn’t present well either. Everyone else’s desserts were amazing and we all shared. Hoping to make Atlas a new Thanksgiving tradition l.

Despite letting them know , they had very few options available for someone who is vegetarian and gluten free. I expect a Michelin star restaurant to do better than that esp when I’m being charged the crazy price . Very disappointed.

The tasting menu was a pretty wide array of flavors and textures. It was definitely plenty of food. Every dish was creative and fun to eat. Service staff were impeccable. Wines were delicious. My only gripe is paying 36$ for four glasses of still water. Seems a bit outrageous as we have been to many other Michelins and water was never a charge. Otherwise, it was a fun experience.
