La experiencia gastronómica más singular de Telluride se vive en el restaurante Allred, en donde la excelencia culinaria, las exquisitas vistas y el ambiente impactante, se combinan para ofrecer una experiencia culinaria única a 3200 metros sobre el nivel del mar. La cocina estadounidense contemporánea de Allred se sirve diariamente a la hora de la cena durante toda la temporada de invierno. Se destacan especialmente las fabulosas vistas de las montañas y el pueblo de Telluride 550 metros más abajo. Se sirven platillos estadounidenses creativos con tintes internacionales. Outstanding dining experience! The service was impeccable, food and wine delicious and the view was unbelievable. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting Telluride!

You can’t beat the views! The food was excellent. Service impeccable. This was our second time dining at Allreds and it is a place we will likely return to each time we visit.

Truly a beautiful restaurant. Definitely pricey but you get amazing service for beautiful food so it is worth it. The Elk was perfectly cooked.

Seabass was well cooked and served in a tasty broth, but the broth was extremely over-salted. Tuna dish was competent, but really pretty run of the mill, nothing creative or overly tasty. Beet salad entry was again, correct, but rather predictable. Chocolate mousse dessert was super good. Exceptional wine list. Overall the food was very ‘known’ and not really inspiring. Very large restaurant, service was smooth, not too rushed. It’s a large, expensive machine of a place.
