We were seated at our reservation time - and right outside next to the waterfall. Absolutely beautiful setting and we’re thankful to have been seated there. Our waitress was incredibly attentive. Food was a bit slower but it’s Saturday after Christmas and the zoo was packed so I can only imagine how slammed they were. Steak frites was good as was the chicken sandwich. Highly recommend the truffle fries. Pomegranate margarita was a hit was was the iced tea. Definitely will go back should we visit the zoo again.

I had the Brussels sprouts amazing roasted. Also my steak was perfect but the best part was the apple streusel cheesecake. Great nite

Inside dining was too loud so luckily we were able to move to outdoor. Cold outside in December but at least we could hear each other. Great food and great service. The popular garlic cheese bread appetizer was good but overpriced.

Penny, at the front desk, was having a very busy Christmas lunch hour but she and others assisting her maintained very good humors. Savanah was our waitress was friendly and interested in talking with us when she could, considering how busy the floor was too. providing food tips. I haven't had Cream of Cauliflower soup before (not a big fan of cauliflower but I don't hate it either) and I took a flyer on a cup. I was really glad I did - it was delicious! My date, Robbie, had a taste and immediately ordered a cup for herself. She also had a very nice-looking Caesar salad with a cheese crostini and cherry tomatoes. I had 2 tasty Birria Tacos, less greasy than others I've had, and which seemed to be popular on other plates. Parmesan fries accompanied, but Truffle fries were also available at an additional charge. We shared a seasonal cheesecake, also delicious, with brown sugar and large chunks of apples.

What a great experience! We had a lovely meal sitting by the waterfall! We had the absolutely delicious garlic bread for our appetizer, then I had the seasonal salmon. And husband had the steak frites. Followed by the super yummy flourless chocolate cake. Our waitress was wonderful, and very sweet, our food was delicious, and the ambiance was beautiful. Thank you, Albert’s for an amazingly good experience!

The service was excellent The food was Devine. I highly recommend the tuna melt. Been to the zoo many times but this time went Christmas Eve day, it has become our new tradition…. 🎄
